An Iroquois Falls man has been sentenced to 18 months in prison for attempting to lure a 14-year-old girl to a hotel.
24-year-old Dylan Cox was sentenced on Thursday. Last month he pleaded guilty to two counts of making sexually explicit material available to a child as well as one count each of sexual interference and touching.
Cox will have to serve 18 months on probation after his release from jail.
The judge also ordered that he is registered as a sex offender in Ontario for at least the next 20 years.
