On February 5, 2018, we published an article with respect to Yvan BROUSSEAU which failed to make clear that the allegations against him were unproven and remain to be tested in Court.
Mr. Brousseau, as any individual charged by the police, is entitled to the presumption of innocence.
We regret the error and sincerely apologize to Mr. Brousseau.
