Kapuskasing will be removing recycling bins placed for public use due to misuse from the community.
The town released a statement over social media Monday alerting the community that mistreatment of the public recycling bins located at 20 Brunetville Road will result in their removal this week.
In the statement, the town points to the fact that the bins were only for the purpose of recycling, and have since been used to dispose of garbage, resulting in their removal.
The town also stated in the social media post that they apologize for any future inconveniences.
