The Porcupine Health Unit is letting you know that ‘Your Voice Matters’ when it comes to health care.
The short 10-question survey is aimed at community members regarding public issues that they feel matter the most to them.
Medical Officer of Health Lianne Catton says they want their strategic plan to make sense for communities, and the best way to do that is by finding out what is important to them.
The surveys are available both online and in print at the PHU in English, French and Cree and must be handed in by March 29th.
