NewsSports Rockbox Crossfit Offering Youngsters A Free Chance To Get Active SHARE ON: Nick Birnie, contributor, Thursday, Mar. 1st, 2018 Rockbox Crossfit in Kapuskasing is offering youngsters from six through to 13 years old a free chance to have some fun getting active. Crossfit Coach Kaylee Wedge says the gym will be offering two separate free three-week trials for youngsters to try their hand at crossfit for kids. Wedge says anyone who signs up for the free trials will be getting a head start to when they open up their regularly scheduled classes beginning in May. The registration for Rockbox Crossfit Kids will take place Saturday at the gym in-person from 10:00am to 12:00pm.
