Tomorrow begins the Moonbeam Winter Carnival for 2018.

The four-day event which begins Thursday and goes through Sunday will all take place at the Centre Communautaire de Moonbeam.

Thursday sees a quiet start with a Sip and Paint art night followed by Friday’s card tournaments and some family skating mixed in with late-night fireworks.

Then on Saturday, there will be the Coupe des Villages Hockey game, along with a poker rally before the festivities will finish Sunday with a brunch in the church basement.

Mayor Gilles Audet says he is very much looking forward to another terrific outpouring from the community in support of this terrific event.
