The North East Association for Community Living has received a generous donation in the memory of a former business owner.

This past week, an over $1,000 donation was presented to Executive Director Natalie Cote-Tremblay of the NEACL from the friends and family of Sean Humphreys.

Humphreys was the former owner of a local Tim Hortons in Cochrane, his friends and family took the funds raised from a dinner held in his honour last year to donate to the NEACL.

Cote-Tremblay says the money will go towards the Cochrane area and its need for an accessible vehicle.
