This Thursday the young ladies of Kapuskasing and the surrounding communities will show off their talents at the first ever Miss Northern Corridor Pageant.
Director and Coordinator Chloe Brunelle says the pageant, formerly known as the Miss Kapuskasing Pageant, will not be changing a single element of the evening except for its title.
Brunelle says the name change is the only difference this year, and that was a decision based on inclusion.
She says, the girls have been hard at work for months in preparation and she hopes the town will show their support in groves.
The Miss Northern Corridor Pageant will take place at the Centre de Loisirs on Thursday beginning at 7:00pm.
