NewsOPP Arrest Male For Driving Impaired Just Outside Of Hearst SHARE ON: Nick Birnie, contributor, Tuesday, Jan. 30th, 2018Officers from the Hearst Detachment of the OPP have made the arrest of a man on charges of impaired driving.Police were advised on January 21st around 1:00pm of an erratic driver travelling westbound towards the town of Hearst.Officers were able to locate and cut-off the vehicle along Highway 11 just east of Hearst and an OPP Drug Recognition Evaluator determined the driver was impaired.The 51-year-old Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta resident has been charged with driving impaired.The accused is scheduled to appear in Hearst court on March 28th.
