The town of Kapuskasing has announced that the first week of February will be all about shedding light on eating disorders.
At council Wednesday night, members agreed to the request from the National Eating Disorder Information Centre to declare an Eating Disorder Awareness Week in the coming month.
Mayor Alan Spacek says improving education on any health care subject is always a plus.
Eating Disorder Awareness Week will take place from February 1st through 7th in Kapuskasing.
