A financial boost was made towards the continued effort of improving the natural look and beauty of Kapuskasing.
TD Canada Trust donated $5,000 to the Green TK organization to help push forward their beautification project.
Chair of Green TK Carmen Urbas says they are very fortunate to continue to receive this yearly funding.
Urbas says this year their project on Ash and Cedar street will be benefitted by this boost.
She says the money will help bring more trees to Kapuskasing which in turn will bring more beauty to the area, as well as protect the local environment.
