A Kapuskasing man has been arrested and charged with sexual assault on a child.

Kapuskasing officers of the James Bay Detachment were alerted on December 6th of sexual offences involving a child.

Police investigated the allegations towards the 52-year-old Kapuskasing male and have charged him on one count of sexual assault on a minor.

The accused is set to appear at court in Kapuskasing on January 8th, 2018.
