NewsKapuskasing Man Found Guilty Of Second Degree Murder SHARE ON: Nick Birnie, contributor, Thursday, Nov. 23rd, 2017Kapuskasing man Patrick Carignan has been found guilty of second degree murder in the death of a 24-year-old Moonbeam resident.Earlier this week on Tuesday in Cochrane Carignan was found guilty by the Ontario Court of Justice for the February, 18th 2015 murder of Emanuelle D’Amours.D’Amours was a mother to three children at the time of her death and living in Kapuskasing.The pre-sentencing for Carignan will take place on March 19th, 2018.
