Kapuskasing is looking to repeat as champions.
The local Canadian Tire was crowned Best Christmas Store for small stores at the annual Canadian Tire Dealer Convention for 2016 that took place in mid-September.
Owner Mathieu Gauthier says the award was based off their terrific Christmas display from the past year.
Gauthier says it was phenomenal hearing the wonderful feedback last year, making it even easier to participate again this year.
However, Gauthier says this year, they have gone above and beyond.
He says the staff is incredibly proud of the work they put into their Christmas display, and he hopes the entire community can come check it out.
