A fire overnight in Val Rita has burnt away a section of OK Tire.
The Val-Rita Harty Fire Department responded to a call about the flames at 12:10am Wednesday morning.
Fire Chief Bertrand Fillion says as they arrived scene the entire building at 96 Government Road had been engulfed in flames.
Fillion says they were able to finally bring an end to the fire by roughly 6:30am, but by that time the building had been completely burnt to the ground.
At this time, he says the Fire Marshall is looking into what could have caused the blaze to begin.
