The OPP has made an arrest of an Iroquois Falls man on charges of fraud after a monthlong investigation.
Officers made the arrest of a 25-year-old man who was offering services under Northern General Contracting in the Iroquois Falls community without completing the work.
A police investigation into complaints that began in October found the man was requiring half of the payment upfront for materials and then was never heard from again.
Police have arrested the man on three charges of fraud and two counts of theft.
The man is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on November 21st.
