Once again the Kapuskasing Fire Department will team up with local minor hockey players to raise funds for their local food bank.
Fire Chief Pat Kennedy says the Rotary Club has called this food drive one of their biggest fundraisers and so they, of course, are back again to help out this year.
Kennedy says as Christmas nears, the food bank could use an extra boost to help those in need.
He says they will be going around to collect food Monday night, and anyone not home may leave their donations at the end of their driveway.
The Kapuskasing Fire Department and Kapuskasing Minor Hockey Association Food Drive will take place Monday, November 6th beginning around 5:00pm.
