It is time to bring out your inner zombie for the benefit of feeding the hungry.
Kapuskasing’s Zombie Walk 3.0, the third annual fundraising event for the Kapuskasing Food Bank, takes place this Saturday at Riverside Park.
Head Organizer of the event Jennifer Coghill says it’s an opportunity for the young and old within the community to enjoy dressing up for the day.
However, Coghill does say the true purpose is to help bridge the gap for the Food Bank from Thanksgiving to Christmas time.

She says this year the actual walk has been re-routed in order to cut down the travel for the younger crowd.
Zombie Walk 3.0 will begin at Riverside Park at 1:00pm and run until 4:00pm this Saturday, monetary and non-perishable donations will be accepted.
