The OPP has arrested a female and male following a dispute at a home in Kapuskasing.
The Kapuskasing Detachment of the OPP and Cochrane District EMS were advised of an injured female at a residence on Brunetville Road around 5:30pm on October 14th.
Police are charging the 33-year-old Kapuskasing woman with two counts of failure to comply with an officer and assault with a weapon.
Officers arrived and found the female with non-life threatening injuries before transporting her to hospital.
Meanwhile, Police charged the 44-year-old Opasatika man with assault causing bodily harm and assault with a weapon.
Both of the accused remain in custody, the accused female’s court date is October 20th and the accused male has a video bail hearing on October 24th, both are in Cochrane.
