This week the Kapuskasing Public Library wants you to take a visit and get thinking.
That’s according to Library Services Manager Johane Kosowan who says this year the library will take a new approach to celebrating Ontario Public Library Week.
Kosowan says unlike past years where they simply invited the community in for a look, this year they have planned out programs and activities throughout the week and month of October.
She says in the end, the purpose of OPLW is to give community members a better understanding of their local library.
Kosowan says they are hoping that through the programs they can attract more visitations during the week.
The Ontario Public Library Week runs from Sunday, October 15th through Saturday, October 21st and for more details on the Library’s week of events you can go here.
