Faculty members at Northern College are putting some plans in place to help students during a potential Ontario College System strike.

VP of Academic and Student Success Audrey Penner says Northern is doing everything they can to ensure there is minimal disruptions for students.

Penner says part-time staff will still be working to provide tutoring, support and additional information for students.

Penner says all the school’s services will still be open including the learning resource centres, wellness centres and gymnasiums at all of Northern’s campuses.

Penner says no student in the Ontario College System has ever lost a year of education during a labour disruption and they plan to maintain that record.
