Tim Hortons Smile Cookie campaign was a success.

That is according to Iroquois Falls Access Transit Secretary Treasurer Suzanne Castonguay, who says their $6,747 more than doubled their total raised from last year’s campaign.

Castonguay says the staff at Tim Hortons was incredible, being both helpful and inspiring to all those helping throughout the past week.

She says she would like to thank all the Tim Hortons staff members, all the volunteers from the community who came to help and of course all the cookie purchasers who were so generous.

The total raised will all be donated to the Iroquois Falls Access Transit.
