There is a new face for project management at Healthy Community Kapuskasing that is rather familiar.
Kaylee Wedge, a local Kapuskasing native has been named the new Healthy Community Kapuskasing Project Manager following the departure of Brianna Plourde, who left to pursue further studies in the field of health and wellness.
Wedge says she is looking to build off the success Plourde had by bringing her passion for healthy living to the community, with an eye on the next generation.
She says her first project is implementing a veggie and fruit incentive program at recreation centres throughout the town.
Wedge says she is hoping she will achieve some terrific things within the community while helping to improve and create a healthier Kapuskasing.
