Those looking for fun in the sun with a hint of competition need look no further than this weekend.
Hearst will be hosting their second Sets on the Beach Volleyball Tournament on Friday, July 21st and Saturday, July 22nd taking place at Johnson’s Lake.
The tournaments’ Organiser Kiana Lodin says this year they have switched their form from teams of two to teams of four, and also will have a Men’s, Women’s and Mixed division.
Lodin says all proceeds from the tournament will be donated to the Camp Source de Vie Association, a local Hearst overnight summer camp for kids of all ages.
She says registration closed for the tournament this past Friday with 22 teams registered, equalling the same amount of competitors as last year’s tournament.
