As the Lumberjack Heritage Festival nears, the event is still in need of a helping hand from the community.
Kapuskasing Events Coordinator for the festival Kelly Kraby says Kapuskasing is still in need of volunteers to help them man the gates and maintain order throughout the three-day festival.
Kraby says whether it be working the gates, or keeping an eye on the beer tents, help is needed.
She says anyone interested in volunteering can make a visit to the welcome centre or visit their website.
The Lumberjack Heritage Festival begins Friday, July 21st and runs through Sunday, July 23rd in Kapuskasing.
