The town of Kapuskasing has made a slight change to its staff.
CAO Guylain Baril says Kelly Kraby has been hired as the new front desk receptionist for the town of Kapuskasing, as she will be transitioning from her position of Major Events Coordinator.
Baril says Kraby will be making the switch in mid-July, and that will force council to review the future of the event coordinator position.
He says the town takes a look at every vacated role and tries to accomplish that same work with fewer people.
Baril says Kraby is currently in training for the receptionist position and will begin full-time duties come July 24th.
