Legion To Hold Annual Flag Raising Ceremony For Canada’s 150th

To mark a special Canada Day this year the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 85 will hold a ceremony.

As Canada prepares to celebrate its 150^th birthday, the Kapuskasing Royal Canadian Legion prepares for their annual Canadian Flag Raising Ceremony on July 1^st.

The flag raising is to take place in front of the Civic Centre from 11:00am to 12:00pm on Canada Day.

It is a free event in which everyone in attendance is welcome to join afterward at the Legion for coffee and cake following the ceremony.
