Kapuskasing Farmers Market Seeking Volunteers And Vendors

It may be a few months away, but Kapuskasing’s Farmers Market is looking for vendors and help.

That is according to Organizer Suzanne Sylvan, who says the market could use a big hand from students looking to fulfill community service hours, whether it be with setting up or cleaning up.

Sylvan says there is also room for more vendors, and in order to become a vendor you must first become a member for $25.

Then you proceed to fill out a form with the Porcupine Health Unit.

She says for more information on volunteering or becoming a vendor you need to contact her or her husband Loyola Sylvan at 705-335-3165.

The Farmers Market will return to Kapuskasing this year on the first Saturday in August.
