The Jumpstart program is giving kids a chance to play organized sports this summer.
Canadian Tire’s Jumpstart Program President Linda Millette says the barbecue will be fundraising for local underprivileged youth so they can participate in sports this summer.
Millette also says when you donate at the barbecue, you are entered to win a hover board Thursday and when you donate anytime this June, you can also place your bid on a BBQ which will be drawn on June 30th.
She says she hopes to see the community come out in bunches to help support these underprivileged youth with their hopes of playing organized sports this summer.
The barbecue fundraiser takes place Thursday, June 8th from 11:00am until 3:00pm at Canadian Tire, 25 Brunetville Road.
