Ontario, like Canada, is taking a back-seat in the negotiations on lumber tariffs.
That is according to Timmins-James Bay MPP Gilles Bisson, who says the province is suffering from the additional tariffs being sanctioned by the U-S.
Bisson says Ontarians need to push Premier Wynne to protect the province’s interests in the lumber industry.
He says if Ontarians don’t speak up the province will get the short-end of the straw.
