Timiskaming-Cochrane MPP John Vanthof says there’s now proof that the Wynne Liberals are only looking after themselves.

Vanthof, who is the NDP’s finance critic, says the annual report from the Financial Accountability Officer supports his claim.

Vanthof says right after the next election we’ll be back in a deficit, something the FAO confirms.

It’s because money from the sale of Hydro One was used to help balance the budget this year but that’s a one-time boost that is gone next year.

Vanthof says the Liberals will only do what’s good for them at the expense of the people of Ontario.
