Making sure your vehicle is safe from theft should always be a top priority.

That is according to OPP Media Officer Stephanie Belec, who says residents in Kapuskasing should always be aware of the threat of theft.

She says not drawing attention to your vehicle is a good start.

Belec also says having good outdoor lighting, or motion sensors for your driveway will also help limit the possibility of auto theft.
