Kap Gives Back was once again a success for the town of Kapuskasing.

Doctor Claude Boucher, chair of the event, says the turnout was stellar this year.

Boucher says the ticket sales this year were the best to date.

He says, albeit they do not yet have the final numbers, he estimates they will have made $34,000 by the final tally off of ticket sales.

Boucher says the event continues to showcase the passion and pride Kapuskasing has, both in their community and their hockey.
