People are getting heated over a potential Stars and Thunder campground at Northern College.
The city is proposing that the west parking lot at the campus can be used as a temporary RV campground for the eight day festival.
Many residents that live in the area voiced their displeasure of the matter.
Teacher at St. Joseph School Leah Sasseville says that school is still in session for part of the festival and that having a campground right beside the school is not appropriate.

A man who identified himself as Mister Ivenoff says this could negatively impact the area.
The planning staff is going to take a look at these concerns and will bring back a report at the April 3rd council meeting.
