The local United Way chapter is about to look different.
United Way Cochrane-Timiskaming will be closing its doors at the end of the month.
Executive Director Jean Warren says this isn’t the end of the having the charity in the area.
She says that a larger chapter will be expanding to include our area.

Executive Director Jean Warren says the expanded chapter will try and keep a presence within the community.
Warren wouldn’t tell us which chapter will be expanding.
United Way Cochrane-Timiskaming will be closing on March 31st and the new expanded group will be open April 1st.
