A funeral service for a Chapleau family killed near Timmins is set for this Friday in their hometown. Visitations take place Thursday evening. The family was on Highway 101 near Timmins last Thursday morning when their SUV collided with a commercial truck. The crash killed two young boys, their mother and grandmother. A Go Fund Me account is in place to help the boys’ father bury his family. Police are continuing to investigate what caused the fatal crash.
