The Town of Kapuskasing has welcomed new CAO Guylain Baril. Back in October it was announced that Baril would succeed former CAO Yves Labelle.
Baril is feeling ambitious about the new role and sees a bright future ahead for Kapuskasing. He says he’s really excited to be working with everyone in the town and serve the community.
Baril has been shadowing Labelle for the past several weeks and officially takes over today. After many years of service to the town Labelle has decided to retire, however will still remain active in the community.
