Until December 21st any seniors that use the Grocery Aid program in Kapuskasing will get entered in to win gift cards to the grocery store.
Volunteer Coordinator with the Aging Home Office in the Centre de Sante, Tannis Egan says right now the service is available to those living in Kapuskasing and Val Rita, but if there’s a high enough demand for the service they offer they could look to expanding the service to Moonbeam and Opasatika.
As a little incentive to get more people to use the grocery aid program each time you use the service until next Wednesday you will get entered in to win some prizes including one $100 gift card or one of four $50 gift cards to Your Independent Grocers.
