Pickup Truck Bursts Into Flames On Wolfe Street

A truck fire had a few crews on scene to Wolfe Street in Kapuskasing.

Fire Chief Pat Kennedy says crews were quick to arrive to the scene around 5:15pm Sunday responding to a pickup truck that had caught fire in the driveway of a home.

Kennedy says everyone was safe and sound, but unfortunately the truck did not do so well.

He says the truck was fully engulfed in flames when they arrived and they were not able to save much of it, however, there was no further damage to any of the surrounding buildings or even the garage of the home.

The cause of the fire is unknown.
