OPP Wants Residents To Be Safe Over Victoria Day Weekend

The OPP is warning residents to be extra cautious during the Victoria Day weekend.

Officers are warning drivers that this weekend is one of the busiest for Ontario’s highways.

Police are asking that you be aware of the traffic around you, wear your seat belt at all times, and avoid using devices while in control of the wheel.

The OPP is also warning boaters to be extra cautious out on the lakes, asking that you please be a sober boater.
