New Mining Opportunity On The Horizon For Hearst And The Surrounding Area

There is a new mining operation coming to Hearst.

Zenyatta Ventures was the guest speaker at the 55^th Annual General Meeting in Kapuskasing Wednesday, to talk about its new mining project.

Vice President of Corporate Communications Mara Strazdins says the project will bring 200 to 300 direct jobs.

She says there will be clear economic benefits for the community at large.

Strazdins says the project is in its opening stages and is looking to break ground within the next two to three years.
