Kapuskasing figure skating club continues to shine.
Skate Canada’s Northern Ontario-James Bay Region Board announced winners of the 2016/17 Achievement Awards this week.
Of the winners, nine awards were earned by the KFSC, including Club of the Year.
KFSC President Natacha Grant congratulated the skaters, coaches, parents, volunteers and the board for their terrific work.
The awards which were won by members of the club include the CanSkater of the Year Award and Competitive Skate of the Year Award.
The awards will be presented at the AGM in Timmins to the winners this June.
